Help run tennis and pickleball at a private club as an assistant racquets professional. You would levels, run cardio clinics and help run camps, and co-manage the junior tennis program.
The work also covers pro shop merchandising, stringing and shop coverage. Expect to work six days a week, including weekends. Pay comes from commissions on group classes, lessons and stringing, plus a discretionary performance bonus. Three or more years at a similar club is ideal, and instructor certifications such as the employer are highly preferred.
