Assistant Tennis Industry Professional

As an assistant general manager, you would support the general manager in running a whole retail store focused on golf and tennis. You would lead the store's managers, handle customer problems quickly, manage staffing and schedules, and prepare the store's inventory. You would also help train new hires and lead part-time hiring.

The job is full-time, with a flexible week that includes nights, weekends and holidays as business needs require. You need three years of experience in sales, management or people development. A college degree is preferred, and you must be able to stand for long periods. The role gives you ownership of the whole store, not just one department.
