Head Padel Coach and Program Director

Lead a padel club's whole program as its head coach and program director. You would run the coaching team, set coaching standards, and oversee scheduling and player development across junior and high-performance pathways. You would also design clinics and leagues, manage tournaments, and serve as the main contact for players and families.

This is a head role, so the buck stops with you for coaching quality and how the program runs.
