Private clubName with Pro
Austin area, Texas
Lead the tennis and pickleball operation as director of racquet sports. You would set the department's strategy and programming calendar, recruit and evaluate racquet staff, and run lessons, leagues, tournaments and camps for juniors and adults. You would also manage budgets, retail and scheduling, and work with other club departments.
This is a full-time role for someone with at least five years of racquet-sports experience, two of them in leadership or management. The posting asks for a strong tennis teaching background, and pickleball experience is highly valued. You need a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. USPTA, PTR or PPR certification is preferred. A good fit if you want to lead both tennis and pickleball at one site.
