Director of Racquet Sports

Run the racquet sports side of a club, from tennis and pickleball programs to the shop and the courts. You would plan clinics, lessons, social events and tournaments, and keep the clay and hard courts in shape. You would also run the tennis shop, string racquets, and recruit, train and schedule the staff.

This is a director role for someone with at least three years as a racquet sports director or head professional. You need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and the employer certification, or extensive pickleball experience. Expect early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
