Director of Racquet Sports

Lead the racquet sports side of a club, running tennis, pickleball and padel as one department. You would set the strategy, own the budget and revenue targets, and build the junior and adult programs, from private lessons and clinics to leagues, camps and tournaments. You would also manage and mentor the coaches and staff.
This is a full-time, senior role for someone with several years of racquet sports leadership. You need experience running a club or multi-sport operation and a business mindset for growing revenue. A tennis player and coach background is asked for, with pickleball and padel ideal.
