Manage a tennis department as its leader. You would set the long-term plan, watch the employer&the employer, recruit and develop tennis pros, and address poor performance quickly. You would also teach private and group lessons, though only in a limited role.
This is a full-time job with three to four years of lesson-teaching experience required. You need USPTA or PTR certification and CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire. A college degree in sports and recreation is preferred. The job also comes with monthly revenue and lesson goals for your tennis pros.
