Lead a padel coaching program as head coach. You would oversee all padel instruction, plan on-court programs, and schedule and mentor the coaching team. The program covers clinics, group classes, junior development, leagues, tournaments and events.
Prior head coach or leadership experience is preferred. A padel certification from a recognized organization is a plus. The pay is competitive and based on experience, with a chance to share in lesson revenue.
