Head Padel Pro

Run padel as the head pro. You would design the program, teach on court, and organize leagues, tournaments, clinics, camps and events. You would also manage pricing, pro shop inventory, sales and brand relationships, and represent the business at outside tournaments.

This is a full-time role for someone with at least. You need strong padel knowledge and excellent communication, plus an impeccable appearance. Expect to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, and to pass a full background check. You sponsorship. It is a head role that leads part-time coaches and sets programs for a new facility.
