You would lead the tennis programs at a club as its head tennis pro. You would build junior and adult programs, run clinics, group lessons, private instruction and team practices, and organize social and tennis events for members.
You would also recruit, hire and coordinate the coaching staff, and develop USTA tournaments for players. It is a full-time role for an experienced coach who communicates well and cares about player development.
