Run pickleball clinics, private lessons and group lessons for adults, juniors and seniors at a private club. You would also help organize leagues, round robins, drop-in sessions and tournaments, give new members pickleball orientations, and help promote memberships. The job includes keeping the courts in good condition.
Look for at least two years of experience playing, instructing or coaching pickleball, plus a year each of teaching groups or privates and organizing member social events. You need a high school diploma and a recognized pickleball certification. Weekend and holiday availability is required when needed. Full-time staff get a benefits package. It suits a coach who likes teaching all ages and building a club's pickleball community.
