Pickleball Coach (part-time)
Athletic clubName with Pro
Near the Washington, DC area
Teach pickleball, both private lessons and group programs, and coordinate the leagues and mixers. Most of your week is spent on court, with teaching averaging 30 or more hours. You would also grow your own lesson book and revenue and involve members in tournaments and special events.
This is a part-time role paid by the hour, with a service incentive tied to on-court revenue. You need one to two years of experience, a thorough knowledge of pickleball, and strong customer service skills. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. IPTPA or PPR certification is preferred, and it can be earned within six months of hire. If you want most of your hours on court, this job is built that way.
