Teach private pickleball lessons and group programs, and coordinate the leagues and mixers. Most of the job is on court, about 30 or more hours a week of teaching. You would also build lesson pathways that keep students coming back and help with pickleball sales to members.

This part-time role is paid by the hour, plus a service incentive tied to on-court revenue. You need strong customer service and communication skills, a thorough knowledge of the game, and 1 to 2 years of experience. You must complete IPTPA or PPR certification within six months of hire, and CPR and AED certification is preferred.
