Teach pickleball lessons and group programming, and coordinate the leagues and mixers. You would also run member tournaments and special events, keep the courts and equipment in good shape, and take part in the sales effort with the membership team. The schedule puts you on court an average of 30 or more hours a week. Pay is hourly, plus a service incentive tied to on-court revenue.
The role calls for 1-2 years of experience, strong customer service skills, and thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching. You also need to be comfortable working with all age groups and able to lift up to 50 pounds. High school graduation or equivalent is required. Within six months of hire, you complete IPTPA or PPR certification, and CPR and AED certification is preferred. If you want a steady stretch of on-court teaching, the posted hours give you plenty of it.
