Most of this part-time role is on court. You would teach private and group pickleball lessons, on average 30 or more hours a week. You would also coordinate leagues and mixers, run tournaments and special events, and build lesson pathways that keep students coming back.
There is plenty of work off court too. You would keep the courts and equipment clean and in good shape, take part in sales with the membership team, and grow your lesson book and revenue. The role wants one to two years of experience and comfort with every age group. IPTPA or PPR certification is preferred and can be earned within six months of hire. Most of your hours are spent teaching, so it suits a coach who wants lots of court time.
