Lead major gifts for a tennis organization: find donors who can give at the highest level, build the relationships, and close the gift. You would work alongside the employer, deciding when the employer should join donor conversations and preparing the briefing memos and proposals. You would also own the system that tracks impact numbers for donors and the board.
It is a full-time, hybrid role, with onsite work at least four days a week and one remote day allowed. Heavy travel for donor visits happens at times. Bring a bachelor's degree, at least five years of nonprofit major gifts work, and direct experience closing large gifts. Familiarity with tennis or youth sport is a plus but not required.
