Tennis Instructor (entry level)
NonprofitName with Pro
Yakima area, Washington
Teach tennis to young players and adults at local parks, schools and recreation centers. Most of your time is on court, where you set up equipment, run the lesson plan and check attendance. Site directors lead the day-to-day flow of a site and direct the other instructors.
The job is part time, seasonal and on-, and it is paid by the hour. You must be 18 or older to be a site director, pass a background check, complete the employer online course and have reliable transportation to each site. Teaching experience is preferred. Nearly all of the job happens on court, so you spend your hours teaching rather than at a desk.
