Tennis Youth Program Manager
NonprofitName with Pro
Los Angeles area
Manage the day-to-day running of a tennis-based youth program that links sport with college and career readiness. You would supervise the program staff and mentors, coordinate shared space and equipment with partner organizations, and be the daily contact for students and families.
This is a full-time role. You need a bachelor's degree, three to five years of program, youth development or sports administration experience, and a tennis background. You also need to pass background checks, hold a valid driver's license, and be free on evenings and weekends. CPR, First Aid and AED certification is preferred, or the ability to get it within 30 days of hire. If you already know the tennis world and have run youth programs, this job puts both to use.
