You would lead a crew building and renovating tennis courts, from site prep, grading and drainage through base, surfacing, fencing and finishing. Day to day you supervise laborers and equipment operators, set the daily schedule and keep the job site safe and clean. You also keep quality control on each project and talk with project managers and clients.
This is a full-time, on-site role with overtime, weekly pay and performance bonuses, plus a company vehicle and opportunities for advancement. You need at least two years, the ability to read blueprints, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
