Pickleball Program Lead

Lead the pickleball program at a club, running the on-court classes and the schedule behind them. You would teach revenue-generating programs, promote open play, clinics, mixers, leagues, tournaments and events to members, and handle scheduling, billing and member messages. You would also work with corporate racquet sports leaders on program changes and marketing, and you may supervise pickleball staff.

This is a full-time, hourly role with a service incentive based on your personal on-court revenue. You need a thorough knowledge of pickleball, experience teaching and planning events, and CPR and AED certification to start. A pickleball teaching certification is required within six months of hire. Full-time team members get medical, dental and vision coverage.
