Lead a club's pickleball program, planning open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments and events. You would also teach on-court programs that bring in revenue, promote pickleball to members, and handle scheduling, billing and member communication. Part of the job may be supervising club pickleball staff.
You need thorough pickleball knowledge, experience teaching and planning events, and a pickleball teaching certification within six months of hire. CPR and AED certification is required. IPTPA, PPR or USPTA certification is preferred.
