Lead a club's pickleball programming, from open play and clinics to leagues, tournaments and events. You would teach revenue-generating on-court programs, sell them to members, and handle scheduling and billing. You may also supervise club pickleball staff.
This is a full-time role. You need thorough pickleball knowledge, experience teaching it and planning events, and a pickleball teaching certification within six months of hire. CPR and AED certification is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay is hourly plus an incentive on the on-court revenue you generate, so your own teaching counts toward your pay.
